this jamb again

Here's this jamb again, what the customer asked here was to fix it so it worked and cheap. They did not want to rip everything out and replace it with a new jamb and all the work that goes with it. They wanted something that was cheap and would hold, period.

First thing I do is step back and run the job through my head, do every step and with what tools and materials I will need.

More tomorrow but make your own list and write it down, trust me if you want to be handy, then test yourself. Make an attempt to do the job and find out if your in the ballpark and need some help or way past this job.
