rip out the back wall now
I going to rip out the back wall now, their is no other way for me to fix this. First I want to protect the floor with some paper sheathing and tuk tape.
I use a drywall knife and cut between the tiles in the empty grout lines.
I cut out about 3 tiles and remove them, they can get pretty heavy.
I continue removing all the tiles on the back wall, I am carefull not to do any damage to the steel studs.
Now I have to go get some drywall and patch this hole, just because I rushed and didn't double check my lines. This is a lot of work but my fault so I have to cover time and cost, but I will feel better when the job is complete.
